Non-Residential Changes:
1. Upgraded, more restrictive lighting power densities
2. New requirements for occupancy sensors
3. New requirement for minimum skylight area for smaller buildings
4. New sign lighting requirements to improve energy efficiency
5. Refrigerated warehouses now required to comply with Title-24
6. New Cool Roof requirements for steep-sloped roofs

Residential Changes:

1. New Solar Photovoltaic credit for Title-24 credit
2. Upgraded, more stringent window U-factor and SHGC requirements
3. New lighting control and kitchen lighting requirements
4. New whole house ventilation requirement for indoor air quality
5. New evaporative cooling credit for hot and dry climate zones
